REMARKS	A team of surveillance engineers and technicians will perform a comprehensive security assessment with the WNYRIC staff to determine desired and appropriate placement of IP Surveillance Cameras for a campus wide system.
PREREQUISITES	Floor plans of existing building layout must be available for review.
COSTS	A project statement of work and a required materials list for installation of said IP surveillance system is created at a per hour cost. The total cost of the system installation will be dependant on several factors including number of cameras, camera locations, types of cameras required and the installation environment.
OPTIONS	Possible additional fees: -Power Over Ethernet (POE) Switch/Inline Invertors -Enhancements of current Networking Infrastructure -Additional requested training after initial training -Additional required cabling support installation
TRAINING	A core group at the school district or building site will be trained as part of the project. Additional user training beyond the core group is the responsibility of the district.

DELIVERABLES:

Both an electronic and a hard copy of AutoCAD drawings depicting the placement of all said IP Surveillance Cameras installed.

A copy of all software and camera support materials.

WNYRIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare a project brief stating what is in scope and out of scope for the implementation.

Set up a test environment for learning and training where feasible.

Implement the integration pieces to allow the district to use allowable IP addresses to integrate into cameras.

Training of the project owner and a limited number of staff.

Help Desk assistance.

Project configuration and ordering of equipment.

Holds enterprise software license.

Remote monitoring of servers.

DISTRICT RESPONSIBILITES:

Define a project/application owner.

Sign off on project brief and price quote.

Participate in planning, training, and status meetings as the implementation progresses.

Appropriate wiring as defined in project.

Involvement of district emergency team.

Test the application if/when it is installed in a test environment.

Inform WNYRIC of problems, difficulties, and training needs.

Responsible for cost of site survey/statement of work if project is not completed.
