DESCRIPTION:
The following shared resource is available to districts that subscribe to the Common Set of Learning Objectives Service. The RIC will manage the resource for this product which is integrated into the CSLO service.
The Dynamic Indicators of Basic Early Literacy Skills (DIBELS) are a set of procedures and measures for assessing the acquisition of early literacy skills from kindergarten through sixth grade. They are designed to be short (one minute) fluency measures used to regularly monitor the development of early literacy and early reading skills.

WNYRIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide staff development for teachers in the use of their chosen online resource
Manage resources for these products which are integrated into the CSLO service
DISTRICT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, adopt, and implement a district technology integration plan
Plan staff development sessions with the WNYRIC staff developer and require attendance by appropriate staff
Comply with copyright agreements
BOCES AID PROVISIONS:
In order to receive State Aid on hardware and software, each district must participate in:
